- Each visitor will use all facilities and hiking trails at own risk.
- The owners and letting agency do not accept any responsibility and/or liability for :
- Death , illness or injury of any person.
- Loss or damage of property by:
- Weather conditions
- Fire
- Whether or not due to negligence/carelessness on behalf of owner or employees of the lodge.
- Due to the facilities on the farm.
- Or by equipment or services rendered.
- Wild animals or anything else of any origin whatsoever.
